From September 18 to 19, 2018, the 6th FD-SOI Summit Forum and International RF-SOI Workshop (Shanghai FD-SOI Forum & International RF-SOI Workshop) was held at Shangri-La Hotel in Pudong, Shanghai. Antenna tuning chips must have high voltage withstanding capability, while in high frequency, insertion loss must be very small, and production consistency must be good, which is an unprecedented challenge for chip designers.
